By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, JCB, Switch, Maestro & Electron. If an item is out of stock we are able to back order items. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are in stock and ready to be shipped.
Product Representation
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the specifications of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Order
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on this website. Non-acceptance of an order may result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
The identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Ownership
Ownership of invoiced goods does not transfer to the customer until payment is made in full, but receipt of goods transfers responsibility for insurance to the customer. Transit Damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours. This website does not constitute an offer for sale. All photographs are for representative purposes only.
Delivery Schedule
Conditions of Delivery
Goods will normally be delivered within 5-10 working days. However if goods are out of stock for more than seven days we will endeavour to contact you with an estimated delivery date. We are normally able to despatch embroidered clothing within one week.

If you require next day delivery please specify on your order.
Customers from outside the UK will be charged at the most economical international rate.
Clothing Group reserves the right to deliver the goods in reasonable installments, in which case you shall accept and pay for the goods in reasonable installments. Each installment is to be treated as a separate contract.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Notification of Order Progression
Upon receipt of your order you will automatically receive an e-mail notifying you that we are in receipt of your order. If we only have part of your order in stock, we may "part-ship". However, if we are encountering more than a short delay in fulfilling your order we will notify you of the likely time delay.
Tax Charges
All prices are shown ex VAT until completion of order. Where VAT is added at 17.5%.
Returns and Exchanges
Even with the best will in the world, some items may develop faults once you have recieved them. We endevour to sort out all issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. The guarantee includes manufacturing defects, but does not include damage caused by misuse, unusual factors or wear and tear.
Should you need to return any garments, please ensure that they are unworn and still have the swing ticket attached, so that they can be returned to stock, after that a refund will be processed, and it may take up to 7-10 days for your account to be credited.
Our refund and returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
