Prior to this acknowledgement being sent to you, orders on the website are subject to change. Inline reserves the right to amend any order placed on the website until we confirm receipt. Payment :
We accept payment through Pay Pal. Alternatively you can pay by cheque - please make cheques payable to Clothing Group Limited. Please note you must write your home address and cheque card number on the back. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
V.A.T. and Prices :
All prices are subject to VAT (at time of print 17.5%). Clothing Group Ltd reserves the right to amend prices without notice.
Delivery :
Garments in stock at the time of order, which require no embroidery, will take up to 5 working days to deliver. Garments in stock at the time of order, which require embroidery, will take up to 10 working days to deliver. Please allow up to 6 weeks for manufacture and delivery. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full. For bespoke orders a sales manager will agree a lead time with you.
Post and Packaging :
All orders are subject to a post and packing charge. Orders are sent by courier service and are insured. The post and packing charge is not included in the price of the garment and will reflect separately on your invoice. Orders placed on the website will automatically calculate a P&P charge provided the correct delivery details have been entered.
Guarantee :
Should any stock item fail to meet your expectations, the Clothing Group guarantee allows you to return items which have not been made to special order, altered or personalised in any way, for an exchange or full refund, as long as they are stock.
Returns and exchanges :
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund to: Clothing Group Limited, Unit 2, Crown Industrial Estate, Anglesey Road, Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire DE14 3NX. Please note that items that have been made to a client's specification ie. special colours, length alterations and embroidered garments are strictly non-returnable. Please complete and enclose a Returns Form supplied with your delivery. Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days of despatch. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. If you require a garment in exchange for one that has been returned, you will be charged a post and packing service for the items being exchanged. In all cases, we are not responsible for goods that fail to reach us - please obtain a certificate of postage as proof of postage. Please allow up to four weeks for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse.
Embroidery :
Garments can be personalised with your company name or names of staff using our high quality embroidery service. We have a choice of six different fonts or alternatively, you can have your corporate logo applied to your garments. For this service and a free quotation, please supply us with a clear colour laser copy of your design. There is a one off set-up charge to have your logo digitised in the correct format for the embroidery process. There is no minimum order quantity for embroidery.
Alteration service:
We do offer an alteration service. Please call our sales team to discuss your requirements
Sizing :
Our garments are cut to allow freedom of movement and comfort for work. Actual measurements for garments will vary – as you may well find on the high street. All garments however, will be given an indication of sizing.
